Description
Known affectionately as the Queen of Song, Ella Fitzgerald sang through the decades of the Jazz era of the 40’s, 50′ and the 60’s with style and grace. She made countless appearances and albums, and in the prime of her long career dueted with the famous Louis Armstrong. Those are my favourites as she delights with a Tisket, a Tasket or St. James Infirmiary. This work is a tribute to great women who set high goals for themselves. This work is an encaustic mixed media collage on wood, 12″ x 12″ X 3/4″.
